3D Printed Homes - Infill Patterns for Optimal Thermal Comfort

“Develop a wall segment for a 3D printed home in rural Australia. Your infill pattern must reduce heat transfer to maintain the thermal comfort of the home.
Grasshopper was learned in order to develop the toolpath to 3D print the wall segment.
Utilising a heat gun and an Arduino allowed us to test the heat transfer of various small-scale infill test patterns.
The final design was most effective in slowing the transfer of heat through the wall segment.
